Employer Sponsored Visas: How to Apply and Eligibility

Employer Sponsored Visas Australia

Employer Sponsored Visas allow employers to fill labor shortages by bringing in skilled workers when they can’t find suitably skilled Australian workers. To be eligible, you must have sponsorship from a registered Australian employer. For nomination, you need to have at least 2 years of experience in the listed occupation for a temporary visa or 3 years for a permanent visa. The approval process for the nomination typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, while the visa grant processing time can range from 2 to 10 months. This program offers both temporary and permanent visa options under the Employer Sponsored category.
